These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by 4 Peaceful Paws. By booking or participating in any service, you agree to the terms set out below.

2.1 About us

4 Peaceful Paws is a UK‑based sole trader providing online separation anxiety coaching and support for dogs.

2.2 Services

All services are delivered remotely via online platforms. Results vary depending on your dog’s individual needs and your consistent implementation of guidance.

App‑only access is included in relevant packages and may be delivered through third‑party platforms.

2.3 Bookings and payment

  • Full payment is required before services begin.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe through Calendly.

  • 4 Peaceful Paws is not VAT registered.

2.4 Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow the policy outlined in the Coaching Agreement & Waiver.

2.5 Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and up‑to‑date information

  • implement guidance safely and responsibly

  • ensure the welfare of all people and animals present during training

2.6 Liability

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by UK law. 4 Peaceful Paws is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from your dog, your environment, or your implementation of guidance.

This does not exclude liability where it cannot be limited under UK law.

2.7 Intellectual property

All training materials, written content, videos, and resources remain the property of 4 Peaceful Paws. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

2.8 Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
